Girling Healthcare Services is seeking fulltime Physical Therapy Assistants for its Home Health settings in Chapmanville and Hurricane, WV locations. Provides care in accordance with physician orders, physical therapist direction, the patient's condition, accepted standards of practice and Agency policies, procedures, and processes. Identifies changes in the patient's condition, consults with the PT, and implements appropriate interventions as directed by the PT. Utilizes appropriate infection control techniques. Instructs patient, family and/or care giver in all aspects of patient care. Participates in Performance Improvement (PI) activities as requested.
