2008 Insurance Payer Forum- September 16, 2008 Print E-mail
07/14/2008
The West Virginia Physical Therapy Association is requesting financial support for the Second Insurance Payer Conference scheduled for September 16, 2008. Our first Payer Forum was very successful with more than 50 representatives from the insurance companies and case managers. The purpose of the conference is:

"To increase communication and understanding among the insurance industry, case managers and  physical therapy providers by demonstrating the cost effectiveness of services provided by  Physical Therapists."

This is a free program for individuals who work for insurance companies and who serve as case managers for various groups. We believe this is a good investment in our time, energy and resources but we find we need some financial help from our members.
