WVU PT Class of 2009 Inaugural PT Classic Golf Scramble

To Potential Sponsors, 

The WVU PT Class of 2009 is hosting a golf scramble September 28th, 2008 at 9 am. The 4-player scramble will be held at Mountaineer Golf Course in Morgantown, WV.

The purpose is to raise money to support our students which are interested in attending upcoming educational conferences (Student Conclave and Combined Sections Meeting). The West Virginia Physical Therapy Association is our title sponsor illustrating their recognition of the importance of enhancing our professional development beyond the classroom.  

We are hoping several physical therapy affiliations from across the state will join the WVPTA in supporting the Class of 2009 by sponsoring this event. If your company is interested, we have attached a sheet with a few packages for your review. Also, we are accepting donations of any value if your company is not interested in a sponsorship.  

Finally, we have included a player registration form to be posted for your employees that may be interested in participating in the event. (The scramble is being held the Sunday of the WVU-Marshall football game weekend in Morgantown.)
